Welcome to Golden Wave Surf Camp! Please take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

• To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival (cash or card accepted).

• All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel 14 days or more before your arrival, we’ll refund your deposit minus a small processing fee.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable.

• No-shows or early departures are not eligible for refunds.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances (like illness or travel restrictions), we’ll do our best to reschedule your stay, subject to availability.

3. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, injuries, and lost or stolen belongings. Golden Wave Surf Camp is not responsible for any personal losses, injuries, or delays.

4. Surf Conditions

We can’t control the ocean — swell, tides, and weather conditions vary. While our guides will do their best to find waves suited to your level, surf conditions are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be given due to lack of waves.

5. Assumption of Risk

Surfing and other camp activities involve risk. By participating, you agree to do so at your own risk and release Golden Wave Surf Camp and its staff from liability for any injury, accident, or loss.

6. Accommodation & Camp Rules

• Respect other guests, staff, and local culture.

• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

• Smoking is not allowed inside rooms.

• Damage to property may result in additional charges.

7. Use of Photos & Media

By joining the camp, you agree that photos or videos taken during your stay may be used for promotional purposes. If you’d prefer not to be featured, just let us know when you arrive.

8. Minimum Age

Guests must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by an adult or participating in a supervised group trip.

9. Health & Medical Conditions

Please inform us in advance if you have any medical conditions or allergies that could affect your stay. Guests are responsible for bringing any necessary medication.

10. Arrival & Departure

Check-in: after 2:00 PM
Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability.
